Why Trust Me?
Real-world experience for complex situations
For more than twenty years, I held high-responsibility management and leadership positions in France and internationally, at IBM, GE Healthcare and AT&T Business, with several hundred employees and multi-million-euro budgets under my responsibility.
These experiences gave me first-hand insight into the challenges that come with significant responsibilities: making decisions in uncertainty, leading transformations, mobilizing teams, managing tensions and moving strategy forward. This experience now informs my work as a coach and sparring partner.
Coach, consultant and sparring partner since 2008
I have supported several hundred executives, managers, teams and groups, working with SMEs, mid-sized companies, large corporations and public-sector organizations, in France and internationally.
I work in particular on leadership, stepping into responsibility, complex decision-making, transformations, governance, team dynamics and sensitive relationship situations.
My approach combines systemic thinking with cognitive and behavioral development, taking into account the individual, their interactions and the context in which they operate.
A demanding practice, continuously enriched
I am an ICF-certified Executive Coach – PCC, an ORSC™ systems practitioner and a Master Practitioner in NeuroCognitive and Behavioral Approaches. I hold an MSc from HEC Paris & Oxford – Consulting & Coaching for Change.
I regularly receive supervision in coaching, systemic approaches, and cognitive and behavioral approaches. This commitment allows me to continuously question my practice and my own blind spots.
I work in both French and English, and I am the author of Managers intermédiaires : guide de survie (Eyrolles, 2021).
Key facts
My conviction
Complex situations cannot always be solved through greater expertise. Sometimes, they require space to think differently, understand what is really at stake and regain the ability to act.
That is where I come in.
